We are looking for Orchard Hands to join our team for the citrus season in Emerald, QLD. This is a great opportunity for those with a keen eye for detail and who are eager to work in the agricultural sector.

What You'll Do:
As an Orchard Hand, your main duties will include:
- Thinning citrus fruit from large citrus trees
- Working on a platform attached to a tractor that moves through the orchard
- Maintaining a high level of attention to fruit quality and productivity throughout your shifts
- Following instructions from supervisors and working effectively as part of a team

Your Skills & Experience:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Good attention to detail, particularly when assessing fruit quality
- The ability to commit to the full length of the contract (16/12/2024 - 31/03/2025)
- An understanding of piece rates and how they apply to orchard work
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to work outdoors in varied conditions
