We are seeking strong and reliable individuals to join our team in Emerald, QLD as part of the Palletising Crew. This role involves stacking boxes from the packing line and securing completed pallets with tape and straps. Your contribution will ensure the safe and efficient preparation of products for distribution in a dynamic agricultural setting.

What You'll Do:
In this role, you will be required carry out duties relating to the site. It will include but not limited to the following:
- Stack boxes weighing between 9-18kg from the packing line onto pallets, reaching heights of up to 2 meters
- Secure completed pallets using tape and straps to ensure stability during transport
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety protocols
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the site supervisor

Your Skills and Experience:
To be considered for the role, you must possess the following:
- Physically fit with the ability to lift boxes weighing 9-18kg and stack them up to 2 meters high without restrictions.
- Reliable and punctual, adhering to scheduled start times.
- Capable of working effectively in a team environment.
- Able to stand and perform repetitive stacking tasks for 10-12 hours per day.
- Must have their own vehicle.
- Be able to attend a face-to-face interview in Brisbane.
