The Role
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the workforce for this landmark event. You will be responsible for overseeing all recruitment activities, ensuring that top-tier talent is attracted, engaged, and onboarded seamlessly. Your expertise will be crucial in building a high-performing team while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles, supporting hiring managers throughout.
- Maintain recruitment records and documentation in line with organisational policies.
- Ensure hiring processes align with legal and industry requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and interview strategies.
- Create compelling job descriptions and structured interview frameworks.
- Lead the design and execution of recruitment plans for open roles.
- Provide a high standard of candidate care, ensuring a fair and transparent process.
- Oversee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Collaborate with teams to provide resources, training, and compliance support.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Expertise in best practices for recruitment, including diversity hiring and employer branding.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent candidate care.
- Experience working within large-scale or high-profile projects is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor recruitment processes while engaging effectively with key stakeholders.
