Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Intake & Recruitment Manager to join our dynamic team in the Brisbane or Gold Coast area. This is a dual-role position with exciting opportunities for growth and development. Initially, this will be a work-from-home role as we focus on building referrals and expanding our team, with the potential for a transition to an office-based position as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Intake Management: Oversee and streamline the intake process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
- Recruitment Management: Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to drive ongoing referrals.
- Manage recruitment pipelines and collaborate with key stakeholders to meet staffing needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment or intake management (preferably within a similar industry).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, both with clients and candidates.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering results.
