What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing your own portfolio of properties
- Creating and nurturing strong connections with landlords and tenants
- Staying on top of arrears management
- Conducting final and routine inspections with precision (if needed)
- Representing OC at tribunal hearings (if needed)
- Coordinating property repairs and maintenance
- Using market research to help landlords set competitive rental rates
- Collaborating with our Leasing Partners and Assistant Property Managers to deliver top-notch service

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A current property management license (a must-have!)
- A valid driver’s license and a reliable car
- Proven experience managing a property portfolio
- Laser-sharp attention to detail and stellar organisation skills
- The ability to work independently while being a great team player
