We are excited to announce an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to join the team on a full-time basis at our Mitcham office.
THE ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER…
The Assistant Property Manager works closely with our team of Leasing Partners and Property Managers to provide both administrative and out-of-office support within the team’s allocated property portfolio.
This position is ideal for a motivated individual who is looking to be mentored by highly skilled professionals and is passionate about progressing their career in property management.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Conducting ingoing & routine inspections
- Providing support to Property Managers for final & outgoing inspections
- Ensuring excellent communication with tenants via email and phone
- Completing daily rent arrears
- Completing weekly water arrears
- Preparing tenant packs
- Organising key cutting for tenants and landlords
- Drafting forms relating to tenant breach notices
- Providing additional support to Property Managers as required

To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess the following:
- A current Property Management license (essential)
- A current drivers’ license and reliable vehicle (essential)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
