Be the backbone of our Community Health team and make a real impact!

We’re seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Administration Officer to provide exceptional support to our Community Health Services in the Eyre and Far North Region. You will play a key role in managing administrative functions, supporting both staff and clients, and ensuring efficient service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide excellent customer service by answering phone inquiries, greeting visitors, and directing them to the appropriate staff.
  • Coordinate appointments, manage medical records, and maintain confidential information systems.
  • Order supplies, maintain equipment bookings, and monitor stock levels.
  • Support administrative tasks, including word processing, data entry, and maintaining efficient office operations.
  • Assist in managing mail delivery and emergency procedures as required.
  • Contribute to the development of quality services, participate in training, and help orientate new staff.
  • Provide confidential clerical and administrative support to the Executive Director and Leadership team.
