Positions available:

• Temporary Full Time up to 30 September 2025 (more than one position)
• Temporary Full Time up to 30 June 2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with state guidelines.
• Provide professional and efficient reception services for patients and visitors.
• Handle switchboard operations and public address system tasks.
• Assist in the creation, storage, and disposal of medical records with confidentiality.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate data entry and reporting.
• Support the training of new staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and data audits.
• Promote a safe working environment by adhering to WHS guidelines.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks.
• Proven experience in communication and fostering good relationships across all levels.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in Microsoft Office, file management, and database systems.
• Understanding of Work Health and Safety legislation and principles.
• Ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster.
