Positions available:
- Temporary Full Time up to 30 September 2025 (more than one position)
- Temporary Full Time up to 30 June 2025
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with state guidelines.
- Provide professional and efficient reception services for patients and visitors.
- Handle switchboard operations and public address system tasks.
- Assist in the creation, storage, and disposal of medical records with confidentiality.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate data entry and reporting.
- Support the training of new staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and data audits.
- Promote a safe working environment by adhering to WHS guidelines.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks.
- Proven experience in communication and fostering good relationships across all levels.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in Microsoft Office, file management, and database systems.
- Understanding of Work Health and Safety legislation and principles.
- Ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster.
