SA Health is seeking a talented and driven Technical Developer to join our dynamic team within the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network. This exciting Full-time, Short Term Contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to the cutting-edge of healthcare technology, revolutionising patient care in South Australia.
About the role:
Reporting to the Principal Technical Analyst & Developer in this role you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative solutions that streamline operations, enhance patient experiences, and drive efficiency across our healthcare network. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will leverage your technical expertise to design, develop, and maintain robust software applications that support our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.
To thrive in this role, you should possess a strong background in software development, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare outcomes. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with experience in database management and system integration.
About you:
- Assist in the development of SALHN reporting systems and associated applications.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in a clear, concise, and logical manner with all levels of personnel with varying levels of information technology literacy with regard to technical, business and administrative matters.
- Self-motivate, meet deadlines, manage, and organise workloads and priorities and be flexible.
