About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT professional to join the IDS team at Flinders University as a Senior IDS Platforms Analyst and Developer. This position will be primarily focused on the supervision, operations and development of the University’s CRM and ServiceNow systems. The successful candidate will have significant experience in these areas as well as application support more broadly.
Some of the key responsibilities of the position are:
- Planning, managing, and performing maintenance, upgrades and enhancement of relevant platforms and applications in alignment with IDS frameworks, principles, and standards.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have significant experience in application support and operations, preferably in CRM and ServiceNow. You will demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and to initiate your own workload, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You have effective communication skills and can build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Some of the additional requirements to be successful in the role include:
Support, Develop, customise and maintain ServiceNow applications, Modules, Integrations, including UI components, automation Workflows and system Integration. Ability to customise Dynamics 365 to meet the specific needs of the University. This includes configuring entities, fields, forms, views, workflows, and business process flows. Hands on development experience in technologies like Microsoft .NET Core, JavaScript, HTML, Power Apps & Power Automate. Experience in delivering technology using the Agile approach and within project governance and frameworks. Skilled and experience in the analysis of requirements and the design, deployment, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of Enterprise systems. High level interpersonal influence and demonstrated ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with staff and customers across a diverse organisation. Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and quickly learn new technologies and processes. Broad experience in building and managing customer relationships and expectations. High level self-improvement and growth mindset/approach to the role and as part of a wider team.About Information and Digital Services
Information and Digital Services (IDS) are a pivotal resource of the University, providing information and digital technology services and support to the Flinders University staff and student community. The IDS team apply technical expertise to support university projects and provide core services such as the IDS Service Desk, Audio visual, simulation and event services, Information security and identity access management services and more.
