As a National NDIS Provider, we are always on the hunt for dedicated and experienced Support Workers to join our Team.
At LifeFul every day brings something new! We provide supports for NDIS Participants of all ages and disabilities. We provide care to those living in their own homes, out in the community and in SDA and SIL. Responsibilities
At Lifeful, your responsibilities will vary depending on who you are working with! We strive to achieve optimal Client outcomes and every day may look different. However, some of the responsibilities you can expect include:
- Low and High-Level Personal Care : Assisting with personal care, mobility, transfers, and use of specialized equipment.
- Medication Monitoring : Prompt clients to take medication per their Care Plan.
- Respite Care : Provide relief to caregivers, allowing them time for rest or appointments.
- Domestic Assistance : Help with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and shopping.
- Social Support & Transportation : Facilitate social engagement and assist with community activities and appointments.
- Companionship : Being that warm and friendly face that shows up and brings joy to the day!

Requirements
- Cert 3 or above in Disability/Aged Care/Individual Support.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in disability or aged care.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance (If wishing to work in Community Access roles!)
- All relevant checks (WWCC, NDIS screening, First Aid, CPR).
