The successful candidate will play an integral role, reporting directly to the CFO and Managing Director.
Description
Reporting into the CFO and Director your responsibilities will include:
- Manage full-function Accounts Payable & Receivables
- Assist CFO with End-to-End Payroll (Up to 15 employees)
- Perform daily bank reconciliations
- Oversee debtor management
- Support CFO with month-end processing, reports, budgets & cash flow
- Maintain fixed asset register
- Liaise with ATO, finance brokers, insurers, and external accountants
- Assist with recruitment, on-boarding, company events, and office administration
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Profile
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar all-rounder Bookkeeper role. Ideally, they will be proficient in Xero or generally tech-savvy. Most importantly, they will take initiative, be analytical, organised, self-sufficient, and have a can-do attitude.
