Canterbury BMW is owned by Autosports Group which is a large, listed retail automotive group representing the world’s greatest prestige and luxury automotive brands, across 55 dealerships with 1800 employees.
Due to increased demand for the brand, they are seeking an experienced Aftermarket Sales Consultant to work in collaboration with the sales team to sell warranty and aftermarket accessories to customers.
Responsibilities Include;
- Recommending aftermarket products and merchandise based on customer needs and vehicle.
- Answering questions and overcome customer objections.
- Liaising with the finance department to close deals with customers.
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Extended Warranty Policies available for New and Used Vehicles, Accessories for each model and Aftermarket products suitable for the Vehicle Range
- Building and maintaining the CRM system
- Consulting with the Sales Manager and finance department on price negotiations.
- Developing aftermarket promotions and offers.
- Building and maintain strong relationships with the sales to maximise profit and meet targets.
To be successful you will be;
- An experienced negotiator with the proven ability to close a sale.
- Customer focused and have excellent attention to detail.
- Experienced in the Automotive Industry with a hunger to learn more.
- Very well presented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
