The Opportunity
Are you an experienced Project Manager who has experience in managing end-to-end management and delivery of Plant and Equipment improvements? Responsible for oversight and responsibility of each project, responsibilities will include:
- Deliver on Project plan to ensure return on investment in line with original plan
- Manage all risks related to the delivery of the Project
- Manage the commissioning/hand over to the operating teams
- Establish, monitor and review project life cycles to ensure on-time delivery
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors and Cleanaway leadership
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise plant performance and operational efficiency
- Prepare and present progress reports and documentation to senior management
About You
The role is ideal for a highly experienced Project Manager with a background in process engineering, plant modifications and commissioning of industrial facilities. Key requirements will include:
- Degree in Engineering
- Extensive experience in project management, particularly in design, execution, commissioning and handover of industrial process plants
- Background in wastewatr treatment, oil refining or chemical processing industries would be highly regarded
- Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams, budgets and project timelines
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making capabilities
