Your Role:

✔ Actively participate in and oversee the production of high-quality leather belts and accessories.

✔Oversee daily store operations and sales performance.✔ Develop and implement strategies to boost revenue and customer engagement.✔ Lead, train, and motivate the retail team.✔ Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier coordination.✔ Ensure an outstanding customer experience and uphold brand standards.✔ Handle budgets, pricing, and financial reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). At least 2 years of retail management experience (leather/fashion industry preferred), with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in leather crafting. Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills. Proficiency in inventory management, financial reporting, and store performance tracking. Passion for quality products and brand representation.
