About the Role
As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
You will work closely with senior chefs, contribute to menu execution, and maintain efficiency in your station.

Key Responsibilities- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in your assigned section.
- Work under the guidance of the Sous Chef and Head Chef.
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff.
- Manage stock levels and minimize waste.
About you
- Experience in a similar role is essential
- A passion for food and a commitment to culinary excellence.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or lengthy tenure in chef role)
- Food Handling Supervisor certificate
- Flexibility to work across a 7 day roster
