Description:
Our client a 3PL warehouse based in Tullamarine is currently looking for an experienced Team Leader to join their team.
What's on offer:
- Dayshift 7am to 3pm
- $36 per hr
- Monday to Friday
- Ongoing position available with a view to permanency
Main duties will include:
- Leading a small team of warehouse staff (both full-time and casual)
- Stock and managing inventory in 3PL locations
- RF scanning
- Assisting with container unloading when needed
- Forklift driving
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and organization within the warehouse
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
- Current Victorian forklift licence
- Clear police record
- Reach forklift experience is a plus
- Previous Team Leader experience in warehouse
- Current driver's licence
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Willingness to assist with day-to-day warehouse operations
- Must be available 5 days a week on an ongoing basis
