The Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Finance Manager and Chief Financial Officer in ensuring the CAA adopts a strategic approach to financial and budgetary management and reporting.
This role provides both high-level financial advice and in-depth support to the Executive Leadership Team to address organisation wide and divisional financial issues.

Special Conditions:

• This is a short term contract for 6 months.
• Appointment is under the Courts Administration Act 1993 . Terms and conditions of employment are governed by the Public Sector Act 2009.
• Appointment is dependent upon a current National Police Certificate that the CAA finds satisfactory.
• As a justice agency, the CAA may receive details of spent convictions as part of any Criminal History Screening and use this information in the selection process.
• Appointees may be directed to disclose their COVID-19 vaccination status.

Requirements:

Must have an appropriate tertiary qualification in an accounting or related discipline such as commerce, business or finance and eligibility for CPA/CA or progression towards this qualification.

Remuneration:

ASO7 ($108,109 - $116,864 per annum)
