Are you a Nurse Practitioner looking to expand your practice in a supportive, community-driven environment? About the Role:
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering advanced clinical care. The role also includes contributing to quality improvement, engaging in collaborative learning, and using digital health tools to enhance patient care. Work hours will be Monday to Friday and we offer negotiable flexible work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct advanced health assessments and make informed diagnoses
  • Prescribe and manage pharmacological treatments
  • Order and interpret diagnostic investigations
  • Coordinate patient care, referrals, and community-based services
