We are a national leader in the Aluminium industry, and we’re looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Customer Sales & Service Coordinator to join our high-performance team supplying Aluminium Window and Door profiles and Hardware to our Victorian fabricator base.
Reporting to the newly appointed Customer Service Team Leader, In this role, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where your passion for customer service will shine. If you enjoy making connections and delivering exceptional service, this is the perfect opportunity for you to grow and succeed alongside us and learn what its like to supply Residential and Commercial fabricators who service the building industry with our market leading Window and Door products.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Entering sales orders
- Answering telephone enquiries
- Providing customer quotes, order status updates, lead times etc
- Vetting orders
- Applying credit processes
- Learning and providing technical product support and insights to customers.

You will be a self-motivated customer service specialist who enjoys working in a high-performance culture.
