Key Responsibilities:• Conduct user research to gather insights and identify user needs• Design intuitive wireframes that align with user requirements• Develop prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs• Utilize design thinking methodologies to solve complex problems• Ensure all designs adhere to UX/UI design principles• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing
Required Skills and Qualifications:• Proficiency in design thinking methodologies• Strong experience with wireframing and prototyping tools• Expertise in UX/UI design principles• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment• Experience conducting user research• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies• Familiarity with tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
