We are seeking an experienced and motivated sales professional to join our dynamic team. As a vital member of our sales force, you will drive our growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role is based in Brisbane, with travel opportunities to meet clients and attend industry events. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.• Understand customer needs and present tailored SaaS solutions to meet those needs.• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and success.• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.• Provide feedback to the product development team to help refine our offerings.• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote HINDSITE Industries.Qualifications• Proven experience in sales, particularly in the B2B SaaS industry, ideally selling to industrial or heavy industry customers.• Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Willingness to travel as needed.• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools (We use HubSpot).
