About the role

As a Senior Change Manager in our Enterprise Change Delivery team, you will develop and lead the Change Management strategy across a portfolio of strategically linked projects. With an ambitious change agenda, this role will be required to work very closely with senior delivery managers as well as relevant executive/business sponsors. This is to ensure our organisational approach to change is dynamic, efficient, all-inclusive and most importantly, sustainable.
As a senior member of the Change Community, your role will support the goals and objectives of the Transformation business area. You will drive best practice capability through day-to-day guidance and development of our Change Analysts as well as promoting a culture of ‘change leadership’ and ‘change championing’ across the organisation. You will be required to engage senior leadership, understand their business, identify the barriers to change and develop a detailed plan to address the needs of our customers to ensure strong transition and ownership.
This role is available as a 12-month max-term/ secondment opportunity, and we are flexible with location provided you can attend our Brisbane office at least once a week.
About you
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you’ll tick some of the following boxes too:
- Solid experience as a senior change management professional working with industry recognised OCM methodology.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, Psychology, Communication Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
- Formal qualifications and/or certifications in Organisational Change Management or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in developing, leading and promoting various Organisational Change Management strategies.
- Proven experience working with Senior and Executive Leadership in managing organisational change activity across a significant and complex portfolio.
- Well-developed knowledge and understanding of program and project management frameworks, approaches, tools and phases of the program/project lifecycle.
- Proven ability to identify, manage and address risks and issues, including change resistance, with the potential to impact the successful implementation of business change.
- Demonstrated inclusive, collaborative and engaging approach; including the ability to consult, facilitate, negotiate and influence with a broad range of people at all levels in a medium sized corporate environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively within as well as influence ongoing maturity development of enterprise change management governance, frameworks and guidance.
- Strong track record of leading, coaching and motivating portfolio delivery teams in the implementation of business change.
