Eden Ritchie Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Change Manager to join a large-scale transformation project within a government infrastructure division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive meaningful change in an organization responsible for managing a $40 billion asset base, supporting schools, early childhood services, and corporate clients.
About the Role: As a Change Manager , you will play a key role in delivering strategic change initiatives as part of a major digital transformation project, Portfolio, Assets, and Contracts Technology (PACT). This position will work within the newly established Information Governance and Digital Enablement business unit, collaborating closely with senior leaders, frontline staff, and other key stakeholders to embed change across the division.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive change strategies, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring the successful adoption of new systems and processes. Operating in an evolving change environment, you will have the autonomy to shape change initiatives while working as part of a collaborative internal project team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support business transformation initiatives.
- Lead stakeholder engagement efforts, ensuring clear communication and buy-in across all levels of the organization.
- Identify risks and resistance to change, developing strategies to mitigate and manage challenges.
- Deliver communication plans, training materials, and coaching programs to support employees through change.
- Monitor and evaluate change initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting on change progress and impact.
About You:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Change Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering transformation. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in change management within complex organisations, preferably in infrastructure, digital transformation, or government settings.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and manage resistance.
- Experience with established change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and a data-driven approach to change.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
- A flexible and adaptable mindset, capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively within a project team.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Formal qualifications in Business Management, Change Management, or a related field.
- Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
- Experience in business transformation and large-scale change programs.
