The Role

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be the face of our food and beverage operations, ensuring that every guest enjoys a truly exceptional dining experience. You will provide outstanding service in our restaurant, bar, and events, working to create memorable moments for our guests. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting our team to achieve guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to!):

• Provide exemplary customer service by greeting and serving guests with a refined and professional demeanour.
• Assist with taking food and beverage orders, serving food and drinks, and addressing any guest requests or concerns promptly.
• Ensure that all areas are clean, well-organised, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards to guarantee a safe dining environment.
• Collaborate with your team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment, especially during peak service hours.
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and work towards resolving any issues to enhance their experience.
  
  

Now, who are we looking for?

• 2 years experience in similar food and beverage role is desirable, preferably in a 4-5 star environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional and memorable customer service and creating outstanding guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• High standards of grooming and presentation.
• Food Safety Certification, RSA, and Australian working rights.
