Some of the ways you’ll make a difference:Helping older Australians navigate the Aged Care systemPromoting the suite of Benetas services to both inbound and outbound callsBy providing an excellent first contact experience for many Benetas customers
To help you achieve this, ideally, you’ll have:Effective communication skills and an ability to adjust your style for different customersPrevious experience in an inbound call centre or customer service environmentExperience working in a fast paced, changing environmentStrong attention to detail and confident using technologyPrior experience in Aged Care is preferred but not essential
