The Property Services function is responsible for the delivery of facilities management and leasing services, together with the provision of strategic property advice ensuring that our facilities support the Bureau's activities and outcomes.
The Portfolio Analysist, reporting directly to the Space Planner, will have broad portfolio wide responsibilities. As a part of the Space Planning team, the Portfolio Analysist will work alongside the Space Planner to produce and deliver the Bureau's Accommodation Strategy, planning for the delivery of appropriate accommodation for the Bureau's staff and contracted personnel.
The Portfolio Analysist will monitor the utilisation of the Bureau's accommodation portfolio and assist in developing strategies to ensure efficient use of space. As the data champion for Property Services, the Portfolio Analysist will develop strategies for the management of the portfolio consistent with the Bureau's data and information management policies and procedures. The Portfolio Analysist will coordinate the management of existing and new facilities with the Property Services team to ensure consistency across the portfolio.
