Lead the design, orchestration and execution of the Digital, Technology, Legal & Operations (DTLO) and Customer and Corporate Services (CCS) digital, technology and operations strategyDrive performance and optimisation, embracing new technologies and better ways of working, this team provides centralised operations to DTLO, CCS and the bank strategy in partnership with our key stakeholdersOrchestrating the delivery of Digital & Technology tooling and solutions across CCS to enable enhanced ways of workingLead the identification, execution and value assessment of simplification, efficiency and productivity initiativesSupport key Legal and CCS projects with project management expertise to manage resourcing, value delivery, stakeholders and outputs against delivery timelinesOwn the current state and future design and delivery of Legal’s data, analytics and insights dashboard ecosystem to inform decision making and process improvementsEstablish and operate a Divisional Controls centre of excellence function to improve outcomes for colleagues and stakeholders
What You Will Bring
In-depth experience working in a similar Senior Leadership role within Professional services, Financial and/or Wealth services, coupled with experience in large scale operations, change management, relationship management, process efficiency, customer and operational strategy and execution.Proven track record of extensive experience operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large highly regulated complex business with challenging stakeholders.Experience in an enterprise or large business strategy role, preferably with a customer focused company.Practical business experience running strategy from design and orchestration through to the execution of outcomes.Demonstrated experience leading a high performing, engaged and diverse teamProven project management experience and ability to collaborate with others to deliver long-term strategy and technology roadmaps.
