What’s the opportunity?
As Business Development Lead, you will play a key role in driving growth by building relationships, securing new business opportunities and expanding our reach. This is your chance to make a significant impact and build a pipeline from scratch.
What will you do?
Business Growth & Lead Generation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, government, and educational sectors.
- Generate leads through networking, industry events, digital outreach, and referrals.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market share in end-user application training.
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Engage with HR, L&D teams, and IT departments to understand their training needs.
- Pitch tailored end-user application training solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, collaboration tools).
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals to achieve sales targets.
Partnership & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, training managers, and industry partners.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Strategic Planning & Market Expansion
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in IT education and end-user applications.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on revenue opportunities.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor key sales metrics.
- Provide regular reports and sales forecasts to leadership.
- Continuously refine business development strategies based on performance data.
What have you accomplished?
- Minimum 2 years’ experience selling B2B enterprise solutions face-to-face. Especially in training or technology sectors.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience selling to large businesses and the public sector.
- Proven success building a sales pipeline from scratch and skills prospecting for new clients.
- Strategic thinking, with the ability to identify and pursue high-value opportunities.
- Experience using customer relationship management and sales tools effectively.
- A competitive, results-driven mindset and excellent negotiation skills.
