Your Role:
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work alongside the Registered Nurse/Midwife to deliver top-quality, person-centred care to patients. You will be involved in the assessment, planning, and provision of nursing care, ensuring that all actions meet the highest standards of care. You'll have the chance to work with a dedicated team, supporting one another to provide exceptional care in a multidisciplinary environment. In addition, you will:
- Deliver direct and indirect patient care with a focus on person-centred practices.
- Take initiative within your scope of practice to assist with patient care planning and delivery.
- Play a role in education, not just for patients and their families, but also for colleagues and students.
- Contribute to ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
To be considered for this role, you’ll need to be enrolled and hold a current or eligible practicing certificate with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. You’ll also need to possess excellent communication skills, an ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is essential, but we also welcome those with a passion for learning and growing in their nursing career.
