Due to remarkable growth and success, they are expanding their Workplace Rehabilitation division in Perth and seeking experienced Principle Rehabilitation Consultants to manage both Same and New Employer clients. With offices 4 offices around Perth, there is flexibility to work from one of these locations or from home. Future management opportunities are also on the horizon as the team continues to grow.
Joining this thriving national team of over 50 consultants, you will provide clinical services and evidence-based case management to help injured workers regain their independence and quality of life. You’ll work across diverse settings, including family homes, workplaces, medical centres, and clinics, collaborating with national and state-based clients. Our client also offers flexibility and training to diversify your caseload, including the opportunity to provide therapy for NDIS participants. About the role:
  • Manage complex caseloads – Oversee both Same Employer and New Employer client cases, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Deliver assessments & interventions – Conduct face-to-face and remote assessments in diverse settings, including homes, workplaces, and clinics.
  • Support clinical excellence – Implement evidence-based case management to facilitate recovery and return to work for injured workers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders – Work closely with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to develop tailored rehabilitation plans.
  • Lead & mentor – Provide guidance to junior consultants and support the team’s growth, with opportunities for future managerial pathways.

Key Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling.
  • Registration or eligibility for registration with relevant professional bodies (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, RCAA).
  • Possession of a car and valid driver’s license.
  • Minimum 1 years experience in Occupational Rehabilitation
