Our Client:
We are seeking passionate and experienced Allied Health Professionals to join a highly regarded aged care provider across multiple locations. These roles offer a rewarding opportunity to work within residential aged care settings , supporting older adults in achieving their health and wellbeing goals.
If you are an Occupational Therapist there are various opportunities available, including permanent full-time, part-time, and fixed-term contracts . Work in a collaborative and supportive environment where your expertise is valued, and career progression is encouraged.
Key Responsibilities of this Role:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide rehabilitation, mobility, and functional independence support
- Work closely with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver evidence-based interventions to enhance quality of life
- Support pain management programs and falls prevention strategies
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
The Successful Candidate:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an aged care or rehabilitation setting (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
- Current National Police Clearance and relevant vaccinations
- Full Australian working rights

Locations & Role Types Available:
- Port Kennedy - Full-time (OT preferred, but open to all Allied Health professionals) - 12-month contract
- Rockingham - Permanent part-time (OT) - 2 days per week
- Albany - OT (full-time, part-time, or contract options available)
