What you’ll do:
Develop and implement learning programs that empower our people.
Lead leadership development and career growth initiatives.
Drive organisational change through engaging learning strategies.
Support a positive workplace culture through capability-building programs.
Partner with management to identify training needs and tailor solutions.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in learning and development, organisational development, or Human Resources.
- A passion for creating engaging learning experiences.
- Strong communication and facilitations skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change at all levels or an organisation.
- A collaborative mindset with a solutions-focused approach.

- Hours : Full-time, 75 hours per fortnight, with a Rostered Day Off (RDO)
- Salary : $77,821 to $95,922 per annum + 15% superannuation.
