What you’ll do:

Develop and implement learning programs that empower our people.
Lead leadership development and career growth initiatives.
Drive organisational change through engaging learning strategies.
Support a positive workplace culture through capability-building programs.
Partner with management to identify training needs and tailor solutions.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in learning and development, organisational development, or Human Resources.
  • A passion for creating engaging learning experiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitations skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive change at all levels or an organisation.
  • A collaborative mindset with a solutions-focused approach.

  • Hours : Full-time, 75 hours per fortnight, with a Rostered Day Off (RDO)
  • Salary : $77,821 to $95,922 per annum + 15% superannuation.
