Due to ongoing project work, our client is now seeking a SAP Data Analyst
to be responsible for all SAP Materials Management & Plant Maintenance (MM/PM) data activities for major project work.
About the Role
Reporting to Operational Engineering Lead, key duties include the following:
- Responsible for all SAP MM/PM data maintenance activities for Engineering & Maintenance group.
- Set up data structure to load Engineering, Spare parts & Maintenance data into SAP system.
- Perform critical assesments & material load in SAP.
- Liaise with vendors & work with external IT systems for the data loading process.
- Participate in project meetings and effectively liaise with key stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you must have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science etc.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a SAP Data Analyst or Consultant in a similar industry.
- SAP MM module experience is essential and expsoure to SAP PM or should to able to pick up SAP PM module quickly.
- Strong MS Excel skills and SAP.
- Asset & Maintenance management with cGMP experience in pharmaceutical.
- Experience in Power BI (or similar), SharePoint, VBA, 3rd Party Logistics (3PL).
- Well developed interpersonal & stakeholder management skills.
- Effectively liaise with key internal & external stakeholders.
