Join a fantastic company as an SAP Technical Analyst and contribute to the ongoing success and improvement of a dynamic SAP environment. This role focuses on optimizing the technical aspects of SAP systems, including S/4HANA, SAP Basis, Security, Integration, and Workflow. You’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams and an AMS partner to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous evolution of the SAP landscape.Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IT, business units, and external partners to translate business requirements into efficient SAP Technical solutions for areas such as Security, Integration (PO, CPI, CI), Workflow, and Basis.
- Design and implement innovative SAP solutions that align with business objectives and improve operational processes.
- Ensure smooth integration between S/4HANA and other SAP or third-party applications, streamlining data flow and minimizing integration points.
- Monitor, maintain, and enhance the stability and performance of the SAP landscape, working alongside the AMS partner for proactive performance tuning and system checks.
- Contribute to SAP Technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Provide ongoing technical support and expert advice to functional teams on SAP-related topics.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all SAP Technical processes.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in a SAP Technical Analyst role.
- Proven expertise with SAP Security, Integration (PO, CPI, & CI), and SAP Workflow.
- Experience collaborating with SAP Functional teams is a plus.
- Familiarity with Cloud ALM & BTP is desirable.
- Experience in the energy or infrastructure sectors is advantageous.
- Exposure to IT audit processes would be beneficial.
- Strong technical knowledge of SAP Basis, Security, and Integration best practices.
- Experience working with SAP AMS partners is a plus.
- A degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SAP Basis, Security, and Integration certifications are advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset focused on delivering business-driven SAP solutions.
