We are a fast-growing premium pet food business based in Castle Hill. One-half of our business is shipping our products globally. These countries are placed everywhere from Europe to South East Asia. The other half is the marketing and distribution of our products nationally to independent pet retailers, passionate breeders, pet-loving families, and even professional high-performance working dogs.
We are looking for a Sales Administration Officer.
About you

- Ability to work independently and manage timelines
Daily Tasks
- Synchronising orders with clients and suppliers
- Conducting basic reporting
- Liaising with global transport companies
- Directing delivery drivers
- Booking trade exhibitions and sponsorship events
- Managing courier shipments
- Acknowledging overseas orders
- Create and follow up shipping documents (Invoices, Packing lists, B/L, sanitary certificates)
- Liaise and dispatch documents overseas
Highly Valued Skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel
- Strong Microsoft Outlook
- Strong Microsoft Word
- Capable of lifting an 18kg bag (rarely)
- Basic knowledge of Canva (bonus)
