TTC Australia is a medium size Traffic Management company strategically located in Bankstown and is part of the Just Careers Training group of companies, which includes but is not limited to our large National Brand Licences 4 Work.
We are seeking is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our existing team located in Bankstown .
TTC currently serves a diverse range of clients, ranging from small business to National corporations within the building and construction industry within NSW, and our client base expands daily.
TTC has recently undergone ISO accreditation. Our Management Systems have been assessed and registered as accredited in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. TTC Australia is also a proud Supply Nation Registered member.
As a Business Development Manager , you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our client base across NSW. Your exceptional sales skills and strategic thinking will contribute to our continued success.
What you'll do
Reporting to directly to the Managing Director, you will be required to:
- Implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth in our portfolio of clients, in our services and our sales targets and drive revenue and brand growth
- Work with useful data available at your fingertips to strengthen business relationships and opportunities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with potential clients with our range of services
- Collaborate with our Head Office support teams, including Marketing , Systems and Innovation and to continue to offer and secure business opportunities and key accounts
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently closing deals and securing new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Identify, prepare and respond to Tender opportunities
What you'll bring
- Minimum 3-5 years sales experience within the building and construction industry
- Minimum 3 years proven experience working within the Traffic Management Industry
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities and apply effective sales strategies.
- Previous experience working with KPIs and meeting sales targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to gain accounts ,close deals and exceed achievable targets
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify market opportunities and implement effective sales strategies
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively
- Experienced in managing a sales pipeline and utilising CRM systems for effective lead management
