Dolan Civil is a leading civil construction company in the Northern Territory, known for delivering high-quality projects across the region. Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our dynamic team.
The Role
This is a hands-on position requiring a proactive individual who can effectively manage office operations, project administration, and HR support functions. Key responsibilities include:
General project administration duties
Document preparation and file maintenance
Utilization of various onboarding and cost management systems
Ensuring timely and accurate collection, control, and coordination of timesheets
Managing ad hoc requirements from employees on-site
Providing HR administration support, including new employee contracts and onboarding
Other office management duties as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a similar role within the Civil Construction Industry (essential)
Experience in Finance would be highly desirable
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency in relevant software and systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and problem-solving approach
