An opportunity now exists for a talented Desktop Support Analyst to join our national Technology team, based in our Perth office.

The Desktop Support Analyst will help meet the firm's goals and objectives through the efficient delivery of hands-on technical support and assistance.

Key responsibilities :

As part of a national team, the Desktop Support Analyst will :

  • Resolve and provide proactive support and attention to logged ticket requests
  • Conduct installation, configuration of desktops, laptops, peripheral equipment and software
  • Identify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems
  • Manage staff movements and allocation of equipment as well as the purchasing, allocation and recording mobile phone and technology loan fleet
  • Provide support on calls allocated from National Help desk and participate in technology projects
  • Identify potential changes and system improvements to present to senior team leaders for consideration and implementation

Required skills and experience :

Demonstrated desktop support experience ideally gained within a professional services environment Strong customer service focus with a positive and proactive approach to client service Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders Well organised with ability to prioritise competing tasks Displays resilience and positive attitude when faced with times of high pressure ITIL Foundation certificate
