The role:
They are seeking a proactive and skilled Desktop Analyst to join their growing team. In this role, you will provide support to their internal users located at locations all across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support to all staff, both in-office and mobile.
- Manage and support users of Apple and Windows Devices
- Support Windows Server and Office 365.
- Apple Device Management using Jamf.
- Set up and configure workstations, printers, scanners, Desktops, Laptops, iPads, and other devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new employees on IT systems and protocols.
