What you will do
We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Customer Service professional for a 6 month fixed term, full time opportunity to join our friendly Customer Service team at our Corporate Office in Mulgrave . With the possibility of an extension or permanency, this role is perfect for someone with a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage phone, email and online customer and distributor inquires
• Respond promptly to customer queries in relation to their product requests and sales orders.
• Process sales orders and invoices, and release orders for the warehouse
• Support our transition to a new ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 , and leverage the Gorgias platform to enhance customer service efficiency.
• Complete data entry and maintain accurate customer records on various platforms.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in a fast-paced Customer Service or Call Centre role is essential.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Gorgias platform is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A can-do attitude and ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills, problem-solving ability, and high attention to detail.
• Proficient computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
