About the role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Payroll and Administration Officer who wants to make a difference in the disability space, through the important role the Finance function plays. As an eager learner and clear communicator, this role plays a vital role as a Finance team member, while supporting other departments with administrative duties.
What will I be doing?
- Assist the Finance Officer to deliver finance functions efficiently, and effectively through functions such as: payroll, finance reports, data entry, invoice processing and finance administration.
- Provide wider administrative support across the business, as directed by the Finance Officer.
- Manage the business email address and phone, assessing and directing communications to the relevant team.
About You
- You'll ideally have a Certificate IV or higher in Accounting and Bookkeeping, Business Administration, or relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong numeracy skills, strong attention to detail, and an enthusiasm to learn.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
