We have a fantastic opportunity for an innovative and experienced Administration Assistant, Sports to join Penola Catholic College and work in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Sports Administration Officer is responsible for the administrative tasks required with the Sports department and be required to maintain the sports equipment. The Sports Administration Officer will work predominantly from the Sports Coordinators Office on the Broadmeadows Campus however they will also be required to cross campus throughout the year and liaise with the Sports Coordinator (Glenroy), to prioritise the weekly work commitments.
The role is 4 days a week (24 hours) fixed term (0.63 FTE) until 26 January 2026 and working school terms only. Salary for the role is $56,019 - $71,742 pro rata for part time.
About You
To be successful you will have previous experience in administrative duties and be able to maintain confidentiality. Previous experience working in a large secondary College would be advantageous. You must have a valid Working With Children Check.
You will also have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children.
