The Role

Join our team as a Legal Assistant to support our Institutional Abuse team.

Key Responsibilities:

Opening/closing files

Preparation and filing of court documents

Drafting court documents

Corresponding with defendant solicitors, clients, barristers and the Court

Diary management

Thorough understanding of the litigation process and procedures

Client management

Arranging appointments

Preparing briefs to Counsel

Skills/Experience

Exceptional client service

Great attention to detail

High level written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Exceptional phone manner

Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities

Genuine passion for personal injury law
