About the role:

Pendo Health has exciting opportunities in Aged Care, Disability and Correctional Health!
Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing, Kitchen Hand and Servers deliver their care services across varied settings (in-home, non-residential, at respite and residential as needed).
An example of the activities you can perform as part of this role include:
Assistance with mobilizing, including the use of a wheelchair.
Social assistance and simple recreational activities.
Assistance with meals and fluids intake monitoring.
Assistance with personal hygiene.
Assistance in maintaining and changing of clean linen.
Assistance in shift reporting and any administrative duties as directed.
Assistance in medication administration, RNIC, wound management (RN)
About you:
Enthusiastic in providing domestic assistance including responding to resident requests in a compassionate manner.
Compassionate, patient, and respectful of the rights and needs of others.
Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Willingness to work as part of a team and to take and seek direction.
Ability to undertake ongoing company training. (Donning/Doffing, Hand Hygiene, Food Handling)
Ability to complete other tasks that include manual handling.
Hold a current First Aid Certificate, Police Check and NDIS screening check.
A Certificate IV in Individual Support or equivalent is required - Nursing and Pendo Academy Cert III students with confirmed placement letters will be considered.
Current Drivers License is highly regarded but not mandatory.
