About the opportunity
We are seeking a full-time Systems & Security Administrator to elevate the performance, security, and innovation of our cloud-based platforms, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS and hybrid workloads. Utilising advanced tools like Microsoft Defender and XDR, you will safeguard our technological operations.
Your technical leadership and communication across the organisation will be crucial in driving tech integration and creating memorable digital experiences for our people.
What it takes
- Proven Experience: Bring at least five years of system administration experience, or two years in a senior role, showcasing leadership and in-depth technical expertise.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS) and on-premise systems.
- Security Skills: Strong foundation in securing environments with firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, and vulnerability management, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem (XDR, Defender).
- Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities paired with strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Innovative Mindset: A commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for staying ahead of technology trends.
