About the role:
The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and managing existing clients, building rapport, and generating increased client loyalty. The role also entails converting leads supplied by the business development team to billing clients and upselling services. Providing a 360-degree recruitment solution to fill the needs of our clients and our candidates to provide a full-service solution to health care temp and permanent recruitment services.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage a total 360-degree recruitment desk with an assigned scope of influence, being within the healthcare sector.
• Prequalify leads via phone calls, emails, client referrals, or meetings as part of a 360-recruitment desk.
• Develop profitable new business opportunities in line with Business Development and Operational Management direction to achieve budgetary and business plan objectives.
• Seek and investigate opportunities to extend and expand services through the existing client base by providing excellent internal and external candidate engagement.
• Provide professional customer service and ensure all administrative duties are conducted effectively and efficiently.
• Support reporting efforts, providing weekly, monthly, and quarterly upline management reporting using metrics and insights to measure and support company performance.
• Perform 6 monthly Client WHS visits onsite/virtually as per WHS policy.
• Maintain the CRM systems and procedures to respond to leads and opportunities and maintain data integrity.
• Regularly liaise and work with the Operations Manager on customer service issues and service requirement deadlines to achieve optimal customer service outcomes.
• Be the secondary point of new client contact whilst Business Development is activating the client and then become the primary point of contact for all phases of service delivery.
• Engage with the team to address client needs, identify, and manage shortcomings; and resolve client complaints.
KPI’s:
• Achievement of minimum hours threshold of 1000 hours per week.
• 5 client visits/virtual meetings per week.
• Active temps out per week minimum 30.
• 10 candidate floats per week.
• 30 client phone calls per week.
• 10 sales calls per week.
• Meet weekly reporting requirements.
• Focus on zero fill rate.
• Ensure all candidate care calls are made each week, minimum 40.
• First day calls are completed by 12pm each day.
• Minimum 5 new placements a week.
You demonstrate the following:
• Minimum 4 year’s experience as a Client Relations Manager, Relationship Manager, or 360 Recruitment Manager.
• Comprehensive understanding of the industry and client business drivers.
• Previous experience tracking relevant KPIs.
• Critical thinking and decision-making.
• Customer-oriented attitude.
• Highly developed negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proactive, energetic, and motivated.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Current Driver’s License.
