About the Role
We’re on the lookout for two experienced Electrical Superintendents to join our team and lead projects across the East Coast. These roles offer FIFO opportunities on a 2/1 roster from any East Coast capital city. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee electrical works on large-scale projects, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
- Coordinate all aspects of electrical installation and commissioning, from planning through to energisation.
- Lead and mentor your crew, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Tackle challenges head-on, delivering cost-effective and innovative solutions.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Promote efficiency and identify areas to refine processes and enhance project outcomes.

About You
- 5+ years in a Superintendent or similar role within the energy, power, or construction sectors.
- A Trade Qualification is essential, with a preference for candidates holding a qualification in Electrical Engineering and an Electrical Contractor Licence.
- Certifications in PV systems & CPR/LVR certification.
- A strong track record in managing large-scale electrical installations, preferably within renewable energy (solar PV experience is a big plus).
- Proven ability to inspire, guide, and develop a team while maintaining safety and quality as top priorities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
- A solid understanding of Australian safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and quality standards.
