To support our commitment to excellent standards of customer service we are now taking applications for a Duty Terminal Coordinator to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis. This is an operational shift work role, covering a 7 day roster, both day and night shifts.
Reporting to the Coordinator - Terminal Operations, the Duty Terminal Coordinator is responsible for coordinating sustainable daily operations and the continuity of service delivery, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience at Sunshine Coast Airport. This role ensures the safe and efficient allocation of airport operating assets and the coordination of daily operational activities. This role provides a single point of coordination between airport operational teams and key stakeholders, and is accountable for promoting a culture of operational excellence and upholding our core values, vision and mission.
Are you capable of:
- Enhancing the customer experience through providing a high standard of service delivery, responding to all types of customer enquiries;
- identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and procedures;
- monitoring and reporting on customer movements;
- coordinating with multiple stakeholders to promote an enhanced experience for customers;
- acting as a first responder during incidents;
- coordinating day to day operations of a live operational environment to ensure the safety, security and compliance of customers, stakeholders and staff; and
- periodically reporting to support the movement of an operational environment?
Do you have experience in?
- Customer service delivery in a live operational environment;
- problem solving and out of the box thinking to resolve issues;
- stakeholder engagement and coordination; and
- complying with regulatory bodies to ensure safe and secure operations?
- Aviation related services (desirable).
