The opportunity
We are offering a Full time, fixed-term contract of six weeks for an experienced Executive Assistant, with the availability for an immediate start. This role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity for growth and recognition of your skills. Your experience with Warrigal could lead to extended contracts or new opportunities within our teams.
As an experienced Executive Assistant, you will provide essential secretarial and clerical support to our Chief Executive Officer and the Chair of the Warrigal Board. You will be instrumental in ensuring our leaders' professional needs are attended, demonstrating flexibility with your working hours and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

The requirements
Essential:
- Sound knowledge and experience of executive office procedures particularly the code of conduct and confidentiality requirements.
- Demonstrated professional level communication skills and ability to interact with the Board of Directors, Company members, CEO, Executive Team, Managers and other individuals within Warrigal. This also includes volunteers and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated computer application competence including extensive word processing, presentation, database and spreadsheet experience in an Office 365 environment.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- A commitment to customer service and Warrigal’s culture.
- Current drivers’ license.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in the aged care industry.
- Ability to prepare documents from recordings on a Dictaphone.
- A Certificate or Diploma of Management or similar tertiary qualification.
